Ninth Edition of the Malta Scrabble Open This Summer

The ninth edition of the Malta Scrabble Open has been scheduled for this summer, The details are as follows:

Events:

9 th MISO Early Bird 9 games - 2 Divisions - €500 minimum prize-fund
9 th MISO Main 25 games - 2 Divisions - €1800 minimum prize-fund
9 th MISO Supplement 16 games - 2 Divisions - €900 minimum prize-fund

29th April - 5th May, 2016

Technical & Tournament Director: John Chew
CSW15 - WESPA v3 rules (5-point penalty)
All tourneys WESPA, ABSP & MSC rated
Players split into divsions as per mean WESPA rating before Early Bird
Players with rating below mean rating can play up to upper division (subject to TD’s approval)
